Marketing Analyst

Position Summary/Objective:
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for implementing advertiser creative assets into a tracking software, creating tracking pixels, learning third party ad server and client website implementation, and providing basic troubleshooting.
Essential Functions:
- Audit marketing assets for content integrity
- Load HTML creatives into tracking platform
- Assist in the set-up of marketing campaigns
- Act as first line of support for sales team
- Oversee suppression/blacklist file process for marketing campaigns
- Interact with clients to ensure marketing campaign tracking is accurate

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment; however the dress code is casual. The office hours for the company are graveyard, Monday- Friday 20:30- 5:30. The preferred spoken language in the office is English.
Position Type:
Full-time. The employee must be available during the “core” work hours, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and/or holiday work may be required as job duties demand.

Competencies, Required Education & Experience:

Compliance Analyst

Position Summary/Objective:
The role is required to support the Director of Compliance in daily tasks of Compliance team.
Essential Functions:
The team member will be required to use their current skills and newly gained skills to carry out the daily tasks. These will include (but not be exclusive to) maintaining the Compliance database records accurately, running audits of publisher accounts, handling compliance tickets from start to finish in a timely, accurate and full manner while escalating any concerns, supply reports to DoC and DoO when requested and provide advice and education to colleagues and staff if and when required.

Web Developer

The Web Developer will be responsible for designing and coding PSDs using pure HTML & CSS. Additionally, the Web Developer may be required to come up with new responsive email templates on a weekly basis for our Email and Network team.
Essential Functions:
- Designing creatives/campaigns
- Optimize already coded creatives to maximize delivery
- Test original templates for compatibility using Litmus
- Load HTML email creatives onto tracking platform
- Build campaigns on our platform for the delivery team
- Analyze, record and share performance metrics for Open and Click rates
- Interact with email team on day-to-day tasks, troubleshooting and status updates

Accounting Analyst

Position Summary/Objective:
The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for high-quality reporting of business operations though report creation and statistical analysis, including assisting the CFO and other officers with the organization’s reporting needs. The Accounting Analyst will work closely with multiple teams (including those with our partner company in the U.S.), to provide daily reports, insight and analysis for various clients and internal projects.
Essential Functions:
- Provide daily analytical support to accounting, executives and end users through ongoing project management
- Analyze data driven projects and reports and make modifications as necessary
- Extract and collect data from multiple sources and systems to create and maintain daily comprehensive reports for management and other end users
- Perform various ad-hoc analyses, including financial performance, systems and platforms analysis
- Consult with end users to help define specification for the analysis of projects and system enhancement.
- Additional research and projects as assigned

Holiday and Overtime pay
- Mailtech complies with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) guidelines on holidays and overtime.
Paid Time Offs (PTO)
- All regular employees are entitled to 12 days PTOs per year.
- Non-cumulative and can be monetized at the end of each calendar year.
